  I had such a lovely experience at Ladurée Broadgate. From the moment I walked in, the place felt calm, elegant, and really welcoming. The staff were honestly amazing. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout. You can tell they work well as a team and really care about the customers. The food was perfect, easily 10 out of 10. Everything looked beautiful and tasted just as good. Overall, it’s a great place with a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy quality food. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

  I had really awesome experience and enjoyed my day at Laduree Broadgate. Enjoyed Macaroons with special tea. Staffs were really helpful and polite. I was served by a gentleman with black glasses. Will return back soon. ☕️☕️☕️

  Absolutely lovely experience at Ladurée Broadgate!!! The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and all of the staff were kind and attentive. The pastries and macarons tasted amazing, especially with a cup of tea ☕️ I had such a lovely time and would definitely come back again!

  I don’t write reviews but this place was amazing. I was there around 6pm on 20th May yesterday and the whole experience was just incredible. The environment is so chic and beautiful, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The service was next level. The staff were super welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making sure everything was spot on. Absolutely everything from the atmosphere to the treats was perfect. I will definitely be back.Highly recommended.
